Mushrooms Abound
This is my most popular print. I have it up in my house, and I love it. This was photographed at the end of August in 2021. That is the hight of our mushroom season here in Asheville. There are 120 mushrooms here. And I gathered them over three days. Mushroom foraging is legal on the 500,000 acres of Pisgah National Forest. And I would like to make the argument that this is one of the most sustainable art mediums. Thank you so much for your interest in this art and the mushrooms! I hope it also creates a sense peace and calmness while potentially fostering a sense of curiosity about the natural world.
